1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ks88 ("ks88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ks88 website at ks88.im, including all betting, casino, gaming, and payment services offered therein.

By accessing ks88, completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the ks88 platform.

ks88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ks88 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ks88 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of ks88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing ks88 is lawful in your location before registering an account.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period currently active on your account.

Players who provide false information regarding their age or identity during registration or at any subsequent point will have their accounts permanently closed. Any funds remaining in such accounts at the time of closure may be forfeited at ks88's sole discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

3 Account Registration and Security

To access real-money betting and gaming services on ks88, you are required to create a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on ks88. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different devices, different IP addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original may be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to keep this information current throughout the life of your account. ks88 may request updated documentation at any time to verify that your account information remains accurate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ks88 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ks88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred because you disclosed, shared, or failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ks88 support immediately at [email protected]. ks88 will investigate the matter and take appropriate protective action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.

3.4 KYC Verification

ks88 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in restriction or closure of your account and may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on ks88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ks88 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on transactions processed through supported payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ks88 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ks88 supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times may vary by method, though mobile financial service deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited instantly.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts held in a name different from your ks88 registration name are strictly prohibited and may result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed or suspended.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ks88 in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

ks88 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within minutes for mobile financial service channels. However, ks88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All ks88 accounts are denominated in BDT. There is no automatic currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard in a currency other than BDT may be subject to conversion fees applied by their card issuer, for which ks88 accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ks88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. The following general terms apply to all ks88 bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses issued by ks88 are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus carrying a 20x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in qualifying games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player who holds multiple accounts, has previously been suspected of bonus abuse, or who has requested self-exclusion is not eligible to claim any bonus offered on the platform. ks88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, void bonus funds, or void winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting software errors, using prohibited betting strategies, or colluding with other players.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins issued by ks88 carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been utilised within the stated period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice or compensation.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

ks88 may run special promotional campaigns during culturally significant periods in Bangladesh, including Eid, Durga Puja, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as during major cricket events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms published with the promotion.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on ks88 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a real-money bet. The following general rules apply across all ks88 products:

6.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is accepted and binding only once ks88 has confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake may be voided at ks88's sole discretion, regardless of the outcome of the event. ks88 will notify affected players of any such void and will return the stake to the player's account balance.

6.2 Game Integrity and Fair Play

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, ks88's server records will be considered the definitive record of the state of play at the time of disconnection. Where a game round was incomplete at the time of disconnection, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules using the server-side game state. ks88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of network interruptions on the player's end.

6.4 Suspected Irregular Betting

ks88 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets that it reasonably suspects to have been placed as part of a pattern of irregular betting activity, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, match-fixing exploitation, use of betting bots or automated systems, or any other activity that ks88 determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair and recreational play.

7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on ks88, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, fair, and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other stage of your account lifecycle.
• Registering more than one account on the ks88 platform under the same or different identities.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access the platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other method to disguise or misrepresent your geographic location.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or cooperative cheating with other players in any game on the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported immediately to ks88 support and must not be exploited for financial gain.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory behaviour toward other players or ks88 support staff.
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any other form of financial crime using the ks88 platform.
• Promoting or advertising any third-party service, product, or website within the ks88 platform without the prior written consent of ks88.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ks88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from ks88.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction to close the account.
• Detection of duplicate or linked accounts associated with the same individual.
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their ks88 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing an account, ks88 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests for funds to which the player is legitimately entitled, subject to completion of any required KYC checks and provided no compliance holds are in place on the account.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to use ks88's responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion options, all of which are accessible via the account settings panel or by contacting support. A self-excluded account will be closed for the duration of the exclusion period, and no bonuses or promotional communications will be sent to the player during that period. 8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary, mandatory, or as a result of a Terms violation — ks88 will retain all account data as required by its data retention obligations under applicable law. Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance concerns.
